COLD PLUNGE
PROTOCOL

It is recommended to start with shorter durations, especially for beginners, to allow the body to adapt gradually. A typical session might begin with a 2-3 minute immersion in water temperatures ranging from 50 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit. As your tolerance increases, you can extend the duration up to 5 minutes. It's crucial to monitor your body's signals and exit the plunge if you experience excessive shivering or discomfort
